I partnered with SJ Artist and Plascon, one of South Africa’s leading paint brands, to showcase their outdoor paint range through a vibrant public mural.

Set along Cape Town’s iconic Sea Point promenade—a place where locals of all ages and backgrounds gather to walk, swim, eat, and connect—the mural was designed to reflect the energy, diversity, and rhythm of everyday life by the sea.

What made this mural especially exciting was the addition of an augmented reality (AR) layer—the first of its kind on the Cape Town promenade. When visitors scanned the QR code, the mural comes to life with a dynamic animation, adding an unexpected and playful interactive element to the experience.
