The Creative Leadership Consultancy approached me to develop a conceptual gift for an upcoming mindfulness workshop. The goal was to create a meaningful object that would echo the workshop’s theme and serve as a gentle reminder to “find the gap” between thought and reaction.

After exploring various ideas, I landed on a simple yet powerful symbol: a spinning top. Small enough to sit on a desk, it serves as a visual cue and tactile reminder to pause and reset—an everyday object with a deeper purpose.

Working alongside a friend skilled in prop and mould making, we hand-crafted 20 resin tops using a two-part mould. Each top was paired with a custom-designed base, creating a complete, thoughtful piece for participants to take home or keep at work—a little moment of mindfulness within reach.
